Finance Outsourcing Governance & Control (FOGC) - Reporting and Governance Associate Glasgow 3262333 This position is part of the Finance Outsourcing Governance & Control (FOGC) function within the Finance Division's Global Centralized Management organisation and is key to contributing to the execution the Firm's Deployment and Outsourcing strategy. This Global Finance team works closely with many levels of Management to ensure all applicable global outsourcing regulations and documentation requirements are adhered to. With increased regulatory focus and scrutiny around Outsourcing Governance, this role will tackle a diverse set of tasks that require key skills such as strong communication, documentation and attention to detail, critical thinking, data analytics, and excellent time management in order to meet tight regulatory deadlines and prioritize workload in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment. What will you be doing? • Support the timely and accurate production of monthly and quarterly reporting of Finance's adherence to the Minimum Supervision Standards (MSS) framework. • Prepare materials for global senior stakeholders on effective supervision requirements and educate them on global jurisdictional expectations. • Provide management with updates on MSS issues identified and guidance on remedial actions required. • Track and report progress on closing MSS reported issues. • Understand and be able to articulate global regulatory requirements related to the MSS Framework over outsourced services and embed new regulations into the current process. • Assisting with the development and testing of a strategic tooling project to automate current manual reporting, partnering with Finance Technology to develop comprehensive, long-term solutions. • Support reporting and control processes shared across a global production team. • Drive process and control enhancements to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of current reporting procedures. • Ensure all reporting and MSS Framework files are maintained in line with control procedures and are updated on a timely basis to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the population. • Partner with Global FOGC team to coordinate successful execution of ad-hoc internal and regulatory projects.
