Job Role:
As a Maintenance supervisor/manager, you will be tasked for carrying out reactive, preventative, and proactive maintenance for all equipment on site.
Typical Duties will involve:
To conduct and diagnose electrical fault finding and repairs.
CNC fault finding and repairs.
Help develop, implement, and monitor systems such as Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Reliability-Centred Maintenance.
Support TPM plan.
Conduct analysis and investigations using Failure Mode Analysis and Root Cause Analysis (5 Whys) on equipment failures that affect product quality, equipment uptime and plant capacity.
Participate in the creation and review of maintenance procedures and policies.
Assist Facility repairs as and when required.
Support machine relocation (Disconnection and re-commissioning)
Competent record keeping
