About the Role
Administer the provisions of the Local Government Pension Scheme. Calculating and paying transfers of scheme benefits for scheme members. As well as being able to calculate deferred benefits for scheme members and contribute to office and system improvements.
About You
To apply for this post, you must:
* Have NVQ2 or equivalent such as 4 GCSEs (grades A to C / 4 to 9) including Maths and English or equivalent level of relevant experience
* Have experience of work involving the Local Government Pension Scheme
* Have experience of use of Microsoft Office software including Word and Excel (or equivalent packages)
* Have the ability to carry out calculations quickly with a very high degree of accuracy
* Have the ability to compose correspondence which is clear, concise and grammatically correct
You must also have an understanding of, and commitment to, equality, diversity and inclusion.
