What You'll Do:
1. Support branch operations
2. Update and cleanse client databases.
3. Identify key decision-makers.
4. Address urgent staffing and training needs.
Responsibilities:
1. Working to a daily call target to speak and cleanse/update the CRM system with all of the latest contact information for the decision maker.
2. Develop a strong understanding of the CRM system.
3. Understand who the client currently uses for temporary labour.
4. Use Google Maps to ensure that every client on the business park surrounding the company you have just spoken to is on the CRM system.
5. Produce a weekly report to the BM of the region that you will be covering, presenting the number of calls made versus target, review of information gained, and highlighting the clients that have an immediate need for temporary labour.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.
