Be-Resourcing are delighted to be working with our Financial Services client on this new role designed to enhance the client's existing Change Management capability, with a particular focus on the design and implementation of best-in-class change management frameworks and engagement models.
Sitting at the heart of the client's CTO PMO Function, you will be instrumental in shaping how future change initiatives are delivered across the organisation whilst ensuring key C-Suite stakeholders are fully engaged and informed. This will involve working closely with the PMO team to ensure the appropriate governance and reporting are in line with the change framework to inform key decision-making across the Change Portfolio.
Responsibilities -
* Develop and maintain the CTO functional annual plan, working with the span of the CTO domain to ensure all areas are represented and track delivery against that plan for reporting.
* Maintain the overarching Group Change scope, planning the sequence of initiatives and reporting whilst working with C-Level colleagues.
* Manage multiple conflicting priorities and ensure agreed deliverables/SLAs are achieved.
* Be a driving force for continuous improvement of the change framework model and embedding it across the organisation.
* Ensure that the CTO and Head of Change have timely access to key management information for the Change agenda – whilst also challenging the quality and robustness of the information provided and supporting processes.
* Create reports for ExCo and Board level audiences.
* Provide support to projects and programmes in planning and assurance.
* Take a lead on internal Change Audits.

Pay range and compensation package - £70,000 - £75,000 Basic Salary + Bonus + Pension + Benefits
