We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our client who are a creative-led experiential events agency based in Leeds!
In this role, you’ll be working on a variety of projects, creating both print and digital materials that support both clients and the business. It’s a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, but you thrive under pressure and enjoy the excitement of a role where no two days are the same!
You’re a naturally creative individual with the ability to take a client brief and turn it into something engaging and impactful. Your clients include well-known brands across the Retail and Consumer sectors, and you’ll contribute to various campaigns, press events, and influencer activations.
While you understand the importance of working within brand guidelines, you’re also confident enough to push creative boundaries without compromising client relationships. In fact, clients often turn to you for fresh ideas and innovative solutions to help make their events a success and bring their vision to life—all while maintaining the highest quality standards.
You’ll be joining a small but dynamic agency within their creative team, where collaboration is key. The team works closely together, exchanging ideas and supporting each other, so strong communication skills are essential. Creativity is highly valued, and your ability to think outside the box will set you apart.
As the Graphic Designer, you will need to have a good understanding of applications such as Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop as these all play a crucial part in your everyday role, so having a couple of years’ experience is a must for this role.
The company values passion and positivity, believing that skills can be developed, and growth is encouraged. They invest in professional development and are committed to helping you reach your career goals—so a willingness to learn and evolve is just as important as your creative abilities.
Their head office is based in Leeds, working on a hybrid basis (3 days in office, 2 days from home) during normal office hours, so please ensure you live within a commutable distance before applying for this role.
Salary wise, depending on your experience, we could be looking anywhere between £27,000 and £45,000 per annum. You will also benefit from many company benefits and get to be a part of a small but mighty team where creativity is at the heart of everything you do!
If you are interested or want to know more (including seeing the full client job brief), send me a message, DM, call me – whatever is easiest. Having an up-to-date CV to hand is ideal, but if you haven’t got one immediately, we can still chat through the position, and you can learn more.
Every applicant will receive a response. We sometimes make mistakes and miss things from CVs, so you will be given an opportunity to receive feedback and discuss the role in more detail if you feel necessary.
We encourage anyone who feels they are suitable to apply; we love seeing diversity in our applicants. We use specialist technology to ensure there is no gender bias in our adverts.
