Manage diaries, ensuring relevant documents are available for appointments. To process correspondence and ensure all mail, including the outlook mailbox, is effectively and efficiently managed in a timely manner. To co-ordinate queries to the most appropriate and available Senior Manager as required. Direct queries to appropriate senior managers and handle calls professionally. Capturing action points at meetings from Microsoft Teams recordings. Welcome and assist visitors, providing refreshments as needed. Maintain filing systems and assist with administrative tasks. Help organise external events and prepare reports, briefings, and presentations. To maintain appropriate secretarial filing, retrieval and record systems within the office. To support and assist with training new members of the team as and when required. Promote a safe working environment by reporting risks and incidents.
