Our well-established client in Northampton is looking for a creative and forward-thinking marketing professional to join them on a permanent basis, you will play a vital part in implementing ideas and contributing to the company’s long term marketing strategy.
Key Duties:
Managing a variety of marketing channels, including direct mail, email campaigns, websites, SEO, events, social media, copywriting, and collaborating with external marketing partners and their current external consultants.
Aligning marketing campaigns with sales efforts to maximise impact, within company objectives.
Overseeing the creation and publication of marketing materials in collaboration with the external team.
Planning, executing, and optimising promotional and lead generation campaigns, focusing on return of investment.
Facilitating internal communication to align teams with business goals, keeping all relevant functions informed of objectives and activities.
Providing performance insights and reporting to the Senior Team.
Managing marketing campaigns in selected publications and identifying new market opportunities.
Maintaining and updating company websites and managing and responding to social media campaigns and enquiries.
Ensuring all marketing activities comply with company regulations.
Organising and attending trade and public shows as required.
The ideal candidate:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong analytical and project management expertise.
A solid understanding of commercial principles.

A minimum of 2 years’ experience, preferably in direct marketing (experience within the financial services sector is desirable but not essential).
A degree in marketing or substantial practical experience in a marketing role
