This role will best suit a highly organised team player with good administrative and communication skills looking for a diverse and challenging role. This position is predominantly an office-based role where you will work closely with the Commercial and Quality Assurance team on site to support excellent customer service & regulatory compliance in quality and import/export control. You will also provide logistics support for stock control/Stores Goods Inwards and Despatch.

Key requirements
· Dealing with customer enquiries on price quotation, delivery schedules and invoicing.
· Import & export licencing.
· Logistics activities including - processing material movement for incoming and outgoing parts and ensuring correct documentation control. Shipping administration & responsibility for regulatory compliance
· Support to Quality to include- record maintenance and data retention.
· Assist in stock control and kitting of products from bonded stores to assembly lines.
