What you will be doing:

It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve; being able to do something today that they couldn’t do last week because of you. We can offer you flexible working - you will work 12.5 hour days, on a 0 hour contract.
Where you will be working:
Location: Steeton, Sutton-In-Craven and Cowling, Yorkshire. We provide support for adults with complex mental health needs who have often been discharged from more secure environments. With 21 beds across 4 Community Houses and situated in the semi-rural areas of Steeton, Sutton-In-Craven and Cowling, the services are ideally located for safe, structured and gradual reintegration into the community. A driving licence is not essential for the role, but due to the location of the services, please ensure that you are able to commute on public transport if living out of area. Many existing staff that live in and around Keighley, Steeton and Colne use public transport very successfully. Day shifts start at 7:35am.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential
* No specific qualifications are required, but you should have experience working in a healthcare or social care setting, and a genuine passion for supporting individuals with mental health needs.
