Description: Digital Marketing Manager - UK Location: Primarily based at Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill (located near Marble Arch) with regular travel across London and the UK is required as part of this role. Salary: Up to £45,000 depending on experience plus Service Charge (expected £4,000 per year, T&C's apply) About the Digital Marketing Manager - UK role The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategy and execution of digital marketing campaigns, online initiatives and ecommerce related activities for the UK based Hyatt Hotels. This position will support the Director of Field Marketing in executing on the annual digital marketing plans in line with each hotel's unique business objectives. Key duties and responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Manager - UK role include · Lead the implementation of digital marketing campaigns to boost revenue, brand awareness, and customer loyalty across all business functions. · Manage digital marketing initiatives and online performance reporting for hotels within the digital cluster. · Oversee SEO strategies to enhance the organic visibility of Hyatt.com, restaurant/bar websites, and the colleague benefits platform. · Collaborate with hotel Marketing & Communications teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns and provide technical support. · Optimize, manage, and track online hotel listings (Google My Business, TripAdvisor, etc.) and support third-party website initiatives. · Lead and execute paid social media campaigns, sharing insights and best practices for organic social media. · Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends, analyze competitor activity, and provide insights through detailed reporting. · Review and optimize email marketing campaigns (SerVme, HPE) and automated emails (Sevenrooms). · Act as a liaison between head office and hotel colleagues to achieve regional digital marketing goals. About you Ideally you will have thorough experience in an agency environment, with particular knowledge of marketing paid experience and experience in running and setting up paid ads. Recent experience in the luxury hotel sector is beneficial.
