Dinnington High School is seeking a highly skilled and accomplished teacher and leader to join our middle and senior leadership teams as Head of English and Whole School Literacy.
This exciting new role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within the school and contribute to the ongoing development of the Secondary arm of the New Collaborative Learning Trust (NCLT).
In this key role, you will lead the English faculty, driving a culture of continuous improvement and high achievement. Working collaboratively with the Trust Lead for Literacy, you will also ensure that the Trust-wide literacy strategy is effectively implemented at school level. Your leadership will be essential in setting and maintaining high standards for both staff and students.
We are looking for an experienced teacher with a proven track record of delivering outstanding outcomes in English. The successful candidate will bring expertise, passion, and emotional intelligence to provide strategic leadership within the English faculty and beyond.
