Role Title: Senior Pensions Administrator (Corporate) Reports To: Team Manager (Corporate) Location: Wolverhampton Hours: 35 per week SMCR Function: Conduct Role Purpose Support the Head of Corporate Administration, Administration Manager, Team Managers, and corporate team in delivering high-quality service to corporate clients. Ensure compliance with regulations and internal procedures while completing tasks efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities Handle general office duties, including answering calls, processing mail, scanning, and shredding documents. Accurately record time on Coretime (time management system). Liaise with corporate clients, Trustees, scheme members, and third parties (e.g., insurers, regulators, auditors, actuaries, solicitors). Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on client matters. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal administration procedures. Assist hybrid advisers in providing top-tier service to corporate clients and members. Maintain accurate and updated data records for clients and members. Process contribution files, manage treasury and pensioner payroll functions, and handle pension increases. Oversee cashbooks, manage bank accounts, and track cash flow. Arrange investments/disinvestments and calculate member transactions per internal and regulatory standards. Prepare and issue paperwork, benefit statements, and maintain the member portal. Respond to queries within Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Develop and update scheme documentation, including Chair’s statements and investment principles. Maintain scheme calendars and attend client or trustee meetings as needed. Prepare and circulate trustee meeting packs (agendas, minutes, reports). Peer review work, train junior team members, and provide guidance on systems, procedures, and regulations. Complete scheme returns and liaise with HMRC, the Pensions Regulator, and the Office of National Statistics. Maintain pension systems (Pension Master/Intelligent Office) with accurate data.
