Parts Coordinator
Location: Crawley
Salary: £30,000 to £34,000 + Holiday + Progression
Neos Engineering are currently looking for an experienced Parts Coordinator to join a well-established organisation! The business is known for being one of the best employers in the area, offering fantastic perks.
The ideal candidate for the Parts Coordinator role:
1. Prior experience within a similar role.
2. Experience in the Hire sector (Automotive, Plant, Haulage, Forklift, Generators, etc.).
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the parts for the business, ensuring they are ordered and identified in a timely manner.
2. Proactively source the best prices and manage the timing of arrival for parts.
3. Ensure all parts are ordered in a timely manner.
4. Ensure good parts identification to make sure correct parts are ordered.
5. Ensure the best price is always paid, obtaining comparison prices where required.
6. Ensure all orders arrive on time, chasing suppliers if there are any delays.
7. Carry out regular stock checks in stores and in the workshop.
8. Book stock items to fitters' vans.
The Candidate:
1. Driving License.
2. Great customer service skills.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Initiative and problem-solving skills.
