Temporary Yard Operative

06:00-14:00 OR 07:00-15:00 OR 08:00-16:00 Mon-Fri
£11.50 per hour OR £12.89 with 12.07% advance holiday pay.
Overtime paid at x1.5 after 37.5 hours.
Temporary position (1, maybe 2 weeks)
We are currently hiring for a yard operative to join a team in the DIRFT area of Rugby (near the A5).
This is a outdoor working role and duties will include:
* Accessing damage on pallets and grading them
* Breaking down pallets and putting them in the skip if the damage is beyond repair
* Stacking reusable pallets in the yard ready for collection
* Reworking of unused racking
* Sweeping in the yard
This is a busy role working in a 2-3 person team. You will be manual handling pallets consistently and a keen eye for detail is essential.
