In this rewarding role, you'll work closely with your team, to build valuable supporter relationships and identify new opportunities within the region to drive income growth.
As the first point of contact, you'll offer personalised telephone support, providing tailored guidance, creative ideas, and encouragement to help supporters achieve their fundraising goals.
In addition, you'll actively support your team in line with the fundraising strategy and local plans, while raising awareness of our vital services and highlighting the significant impact each supporter has for people living with cancer.
* Experience in developing relationships and building rapport with a number of people both internally and externally.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence others, leading to positive outcomes.
* Solid organisational and planning skills, with the ability to multi task and manage competing deadlines.
* Experience in supporting a team to achieve shared goals, working collaboratively and flexibly to provide a high-quality supporter experience.
* Proficient IT skills with a good knowledge of databases and Microsoft Office including Outlook, Teams, Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
