Job Description
As a Temporary Customer Service Coordinator you will be:
3. Accepting and processing work orders
4. Building strong working relationships with a small number of nationwide clients and managing their workloads/enquiries
5. Scheduling of reactive jobs
6. Providing support to operatives
7. Ad-hoc duties when and as required
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role you will:
8. A proven track record working in a similar role, ideally within the construction and/or building industry
9. B2B customer service experience is a must
10. Strong PC skills and ability to pick up new systems
11. Excellent attention to detail
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
13. The ability to prioritise tasks and workload
