Overview
To provide administrative support to the Fleet Manager and team.
Responsibilities
1. Administration duties for Fleet Team.
2. Progress reporting for Drivers and Customers.
3. Administration and data entry to maintain the Company’s systems for WTD and tachograph rules and regulations.
4. Scanning Proof of Deliveries.
5. Providing various reports/spreadsheets for internal departments in a timely manner.
6. Carrying out any other formal and legal duties.
7. Record keeping.
8. Driver expenses checks and authorising.
Requirements
1. Attention to detail.
2. Interest in Logistic operations.
3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous but not essential.
