Job Role Working closely with the senior management team, youll deliver a high-quality HR service that supports the PBS led services JSS provides to the People We Support (PWS) and develop your existing HR skills. Bringing your excellent HR skills supporting people and making a positive contribution to the work of JSS. You will beresponsiblefor Leading the recruitment and onboarding of new employees Handling complaints and disciplinary procedures Giving advice on sickness absence, performance and employment relations Promoting equality, health and safety within the company Make sure employees have the right pay and benefits Keeping up to date with equality and health and safety laws Giving adviceon employment law Updating HR policies, handbooks and procedures in line with Citation updates and alerts Maintaining confidential employee records, including ensuring all employee contracts and related documents are up to date This role can be either a contract or on a freelance consultancy Skills, Knowledge, experience, abilities and Qualifications required.
