Technical Support Engineer
To install, configure, test, maintain and support Lava Group systems
Responsibilities
* Install and implement new systems at customer sites, including hardware, software, cabling configuration and testing.
* Provide telephone, dial in and onsite support to customers as required.
* Work with the Project Manager to ensure the successful implementation of key projects for The Lava Group
What We’re Looking For:
· A multi-talented problem-solver with a blend of engineering and IT expertise.
· A BTEC/HNC in Electronic and Electrical Engineering with a keen interest in IT.
· 1+ years of experience in a technical support/installation role, ideally within electronics or Fire & Security industries.
