Role Overview:
As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the education and well-being of our students. Your responsibilities will include assisting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities / Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEND / SEMH), providing essential support to teachers, and leading classes when the teacher is unavailable.
Key Duties:
SEND Support: Work closely with students who require additional assistance, creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Classroom Leadership: Take charge of lessons in the absence of the teacher, ensuring a seamless continuation of the curriculum.
Curriculum Assistance: Collaborate with teaching staff to deliver tailored support and interventions, fostering individualised learning experiences.
Behaviour Management: Contribute to maintaining a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere, employing effective behaviour management strategies.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow educators, parents, and external professionals to ensure the holistic development of each child.

Full-time Position: This role offers stability and consistency, working five days a week, starting in September 2024 / the pay will be based of your experience and qualifications, ranging from £90 - £120 PAYE a day
