The HR specialist will cover all aspects of Human Resources and cover for the Payroll Administrator when required. Responsibilities will include: Processing new starter packs, time sheets, court orders Processing worked hours using the attendance system, processing leaver forms First point of contact on all HR queries, resolving general queries from employees & management Managing the staff portal HR database Working alongside the HR Consultant re administrating probationary period reviews, written warnings, dismissals, welfare meetings, medical capability process.
