This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with a strong technical background and the flexibility to travel internationally. Service Engineer Key Responsibilities: Assemble, configure, and test bespoke automated machinery to meet project specifications before shipping to customers. Install, commission, and troubleshoot equipment at customer sites across the globe. Deliver operator training and technical support to ensure effective use of machinery. Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site and provide comprehensive feedback for continuous improvement. Prepare and maintain technical reports, project updates, and relevant customer documentation. Work closely with sales, production, and design teams to ensure seamless project delivery.Service Engineer Qualifications and Experience HNC, HND, or apprenticeship in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Proven multi-skilled expertise in electro-mechanical systems, including: Mechanical assembly and fault diagnosis. Reading and interpreting mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic drawings. Familiarity with electrical circuits and PLC controls (diagnostics level, programming experience not required). Prior experience working on automated machinery, high-speed systems, or complex manufacturing equipment. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
