What you'll be doing
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the Broken Hill Health Service Pharmacy department.
* Clinical supervision of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians/assistants.
* Management of staff, clinical pharmacist duties as required and management of any other medication safety/pharmacy related matters as delegated by the District Chief Pharmacist (such as safety alerts).
* Grow our service with the opportunity to set-up our student program.

* Bachelor or Masters of Pharmacy with current unrestricted registration as a pharmacist with APRHA.
* Relevant clinical experience within a hospital pharmacy.
* Experience supervising staff and managing a service/team.
* Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Experience in quality improvement programs within hospital pharmacy systems.
