Service Advisor Required in Canterbury

* Salary Details: 28-31k Basic Salary + Bonus (37k+ OTE)
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm
* No Weekends!

Job Summary:
* Act as the first point of contact for customers requiring vehicle servicing or repairs.
* Provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors and assist with their service-related inquiries.
* Effectively schedule service appointments and manage the service team's workload.
* Communicate service updates and recommendations clearly to customers.
* Ensure accurate and timely completion of all service-related documentation and invoicing.
* Assist in resolving customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
* Collaborate with the service team to maintain a clean and organized service department.
Essential:
* Prior experience as a Service Advisor within a car dealership or automotive environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
* Excellent organizational abilities and the capability to multitask effectively.
* Proficiency in using dealership management systems and related software.
* Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure while delivering high-quality service.
