Academy 360, part of Laidlaw Schools Trust, are seeking to appoint a dedicated and compassionate Pastoral Support Office to join the existing team. This is an important role in helping us create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every student can succeed.
The successful candidate will manage the Academy’s On-Call facility and contribute to a strong and supportive inclusion and behaviour strategy across the school. They will be responsible for supervising students removed from lessons for short-term internal placements and providing targeted pastoral support to ensure they remain on track.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the pupils, and make a real impact on student behaviour and wellbeing. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work as part of an experienced and highly motivated team in a school recognised for its inclusive ethos.
