Regional Manager what?
Greens Retail are in the midst of an exciting period of growth on a journey to become the
leading convenience store operator in Scotland as well as this year entering the English
market. Combined, we are on track to deliver 50+ convenience stores and a £100m+ group
turnover.
We are looking for a Regional Manager to lead our Retail / Ops Team. As the Regional
Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the overall strategy for all our
retail locations. You will lead a team of Area Managers and Store Managers, ensuring
operational excellence, and driving the success of all our retail stores. Your role will involve
strategic planning, team leadership, and ensuring the overall success and
profitability through a combination of sales and KPI’s.
You will report directly into the Group Operations Director and will act as a key member of
the Senior Leadership team to develop and deliver strategic plans.

What will I be doing?
Retail & Trading Strategy - develop and implement strategic directions to ensure
we are delivering on core retail values and driving growth and KPIs
Propel Innovation and Energy - as a young, dynamic business we are constantly
innovating and disrupting the sectors in which we operate. We'd look for you to lead
this innovation through energy and collaboration including working with our other
group brands.
Leading people through Training & Culture - To provide professional leadership
and direction to OPS team to allow colleagues to develop and nurture whilst
exceeding on performance. Recruiting best possible talent and developing through
the business with growth opportunities.
Reporting and Liaison - liaising with business units particularly including People
and Marketing to ensure relevant input in key decisions. Provide relevant and timely
reports to other Business Units and Directors on plans and performance.
Legal Compliance - ensure stores are operating legally and compliantly.
KPIs and Profitability - take ownership of business-wide P&L to ensure profitability
and adherence to KPIs across all business units.

What do I need?
We are looking for a proven, process-led operator. Whilst food retail experience is preferred,
it is not necessary and we welcome applications from Area Managers / Regional Managers
or above in other process-led industries such as QSR to apply.
Beyond this, it is essential you have a willingness to deliver, are passionate about
retail and have a strong attention to granular ops processes.
