The post holder will be responsible for providing support to the P145 Repair Department to ensure the smooth and on time running of the function and meeting our global customers’ needs. The post holder will work directly with our customer base and integrate closely with multiple areas of the TAS business, including Operations, Engineering, Quality & Finance. Responsibilities Receiving products for repair in line with Logistics RMA procedure. Booking in products to allow the repair process to begin. Shipping electrical units to their respective manufacturers who carry out repair and coordinating their return to TAS upon completion of repair. Communicating professionally with customers and suppliers, assisting with any queries and providing quotations for repairs. Despatching completed orders with accompanying certification paperwork back to the customer. Creating and ensuring completed repair packs are scanned and stored correctly after each despatch. Maintaining a clean and organised working environment ensuring FOD procedures are always followed. Supporting our department by participating in regulatory compliance audits (Internal and external). Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office. Strong experience in an administrative or coordinator role. Desirable Previous working experience within a Manufacturing or Engineering discipline. Ability to clearly convey technical content in the written form. Organizational skills, such as on time delivery and resource planning. Experience in a customer facing role.
