Location of the Job: East Midlands.
Hybrid/Field Working: Available after 12 months. (Once you are familiar with products, team & culture).
Coverage: UK & Ireland (Field-Based).
Salary and Benefits Package:

The Job Role Details:
With an exciting pipeline of new products and ongoing business expansion, we are now looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to drive sales and support their growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Take over from a senior Sales Person who is approaching retirement.
* Manage and develop relationships with trailer manufacturers across the UK & Ireland.
* Promote and sell the company's expanding product range.
* Identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
* Work closely with the internal team to ensure excellent customer service and technical support.
* Travel across the UK & Ireland, engaging with customers in-person.
Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications:
* A background in technical sales, with knowledge of agricultural machinery, mechanical engineering, or heavy-duty trailer parts.
* An understanding of trailer parts and their applications.
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
