Band 3 - Salary £24,071 - £25,674 (Pro-rata)
Hours: Part-time (minimum of 28 hours per week) or Full-time (maximum of 37.5 hours per week).

Main duties of the job
You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for supporting the delivery of all elements of the Trust strategy and specific programmes and projects. The team also ensures that the appropriate frameworks and processes are in place to coordinate and manage the annual operational/business planning process.
This is a permanent opportunity for an engaging, motivated person who has the ability to work unsupervised, providing high-quality and effective clerical and administrative support to the Planning and Strategy Team. Job responsibilities
The right candidate will play a key role in supporting the Strategy function across the breadth of its portfolio. This will range from providing administrative support to:
1. The Joint Business Case Review Committee (BCRC) process.
2. Coordination of the Trust level projects and Benefits management system.
3. The creation of the annual operational plan.
4. The delivery of Trust's Strategy through Strategic Initiatives, True Norths, and Breakthrough Objectives.
5. A portfolio of the programmes and projects.

Qualifications
* Accredited secretarial/admin/business qualification or course (e.g. RSA, NVQ Level 3, BTEC or equivalent level of experience)
* Communication skills level 1 or equivalent
