Key Responsibilities: Build and nurture relationships with customers to understand their needs. Assist with onboarding new customers and provide comprehensive training. Address customer issues, consult on, and develop tailored solutions. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to boost customer growth and satisfaction. Produce sales quotations as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in an Account Management or Project Management role within the SaaS/IT sector. Ability to work independently and show initiative in managing various customer accounts. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for clear and effective customer interactions.
