We are looking for a Legal Secretary to join our client who is a highly reputable, expanding law firm based in Maidstone.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to solicitors.
Prepare and manage legal documents, including court forms, correspondence, and client files
Assist with scheduling appointments, court dates, and meetings
Communicate with clients, court staff, and other legal professionals in a professional manner
Conduct legal research and compile information as needed
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards of the legal professionRequirements:
Previous experience as a Legal Secretary is essential.
Proficiency in MS Office and legal software programs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy in work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
