About the Role: :
Working as part of an integral sales team you’ll provide extensive administrative support to all sales channels. Day to day you’ll need to accurately prepare customer data, and price and lock in offers, on our in-house systems in a timely manner to both retain and grow our customer base.
You’ll liaise with internal stakeholders to facilitate the smooth preparation of contracts and to make sure that all parties are aware of any potential delays. You’ll be dealing with enquires via phone and email, then finding and explaining solutions, so your strong written and verbal communication skills will be key in this role.
This is a hybrid role, where you'll be able to work from home and from the Ipswich office a couple of days a week. We're open to applications from Full-time and part time workers, and those who would like to work flexible / condensed hours.
Who we’re looking for:
Most importantly, you’ll have excellent attention to detail and be able to balance priorities in a fast-paced environment as well as excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and Excel to create, manipulate and maintain multiple spreadsheets, alongside performing your general data processing and administration duties.
This is a varied role that will call upon your organisation, time management and multi-tasking skills. You’ll need to meet tight deadlines while providing top-notch customer service and accurate administrative support. You’ll be a motivated team player who’s confident taking ownership of issues and resolving them.
Ideally, you’ll already understand the electricity market - if not, you’ll need to demonstrate your ability to learn quickly and take on board the training we’ll provide.
