Hunter James Recruitment are assisting our client - a well-established organisation within the Commercial Vehicle (HGV) industry with their search for a Regional Aftermarket Manager to join their fantastic team to cover their depots across the Group
THE ROLE:
1. Day to day management of the Aftersales departments between the company’s depots
2. Improve and optimize on standards / performance of the parts and service teams through effective performance management and development
3. Cultivate successful business culture focused on customer service excellence, customer retention and new business for both workshop and parts
4. Optimize and improve customer service standards and ensure the departments run in according with company standards and key performance indicators.
5. Operating to achieve a very high KPI standard including MOT Pass Rate / Breakdown results whilst maintain the company’s standard at all times
6. Increase efficiency, effectiveness and profitability of the depots
7. Regular review resources in order to meeting all servicing requirements to ensure that key performance indicators are met - consistently reviewing labour efficiency, labour sales, cost of sales, debtors.
8. Carry out internal audits to ensures depots are fully complaint in terms of both ISO and Health & Safety
9. Reporting directly to directors and keeping all parties updated with constant communication
