You will have experience in assessing and formulating individual intervention plans and outcome measures for adults with complex mental health problems and have current knowledge of NHS policies and practices in mental health. You will participate and support the CMHT duty system and be responsible for managing the mental health needs of service users referred to the team. The successful applicants will also have previous experience of the Recovery Model, have a good working knowledge of psychotropic medication and effectiveness plus the ability to deliver a range of therapeutic interventions. In addition, the post holder will demonstrate the ability to undertake and manage clinical risks and develop robust clinical management plans for service users within the service.
