You will be responsible for ensuring all company products and services meet quality standards before they go to market. As Quality Manager you will also be responsible for: Ensuring that processes needed for the QMS are established, implemented and maintained. Driving quality levels through QA improvement and measurement tools, both internally and with suppliers. Managing non-conformances and complaints, utilising RCCA Understanding customer expectations of and needs for a product. Developing quality control processes and product specifications. The Candidate: Quality Manager The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience: Proven track record of quality management within an ISO9001 electro-mechanical environment.
