Workshop Mechanic - Bury
A leading company within the High Pressure Water Jetting Industry is currently seeking a Workshop Mechanic to join their team based in Bury. This organisation operates across all areas of the sector, including administration, engineering, parts, training, hire, service, and sales, offering a full range of quality products essential to the drainage industry.
Role Overview:This full-time position involves working Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Occasional overtime may be required on an ad-hoc basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Servicing high pressure water jetting machines
* Diagnosing and rectifying faults on jetting machines, equipment, and vehicles
* Performing maintenance on plant and equipment to a high standard
* Identifying faults and repairing equipment both on-site and at customer locations
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation
* Timely completion of service records and test certificates
* Ensuring a safe and clean working environment
* Assisting with the delivery and collection of equipment when necessary
* Supporting the operation and repair of concrete cutting equipment
* Confined space training is beneficial but can be provided if needed
* A Class 2 driving licence is advantageous
Salary:Dependent on experience
