Brookstreet UK Ltd currently have a vacancy for a Help Desk Service Controller based in East Belfast.
The role:
* Working in a dynamic department and key to the smooth running of the company, the successful applicant will be involved in a variety of day to day activities within the service department.
* The role involves receiving customer support requests, dispatching calls to our team of field-based engineers and related administrative work.
Our client is looking for someone with the following skills/attributes
A background in customer service.
An ability to work well within a busy team environment.
Good organisational skills, with an attention to detail.
Strong communication and people skills.
IT literate with good keyboard skills.
Qualification/Experience
Previous experience of a similar role would be preferably, but not essential, as full training will be provided. Good numeracy and literary skills, GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) are essential.
