Purpose of the Role:
The role will be to assist the Lodge Housekeeping Manager in training all new and existing members of the team. Monitor and evaluate feedback and develop individual and new training plans. Conduct regular one-to-one meetings with all members of the team.

Role Requirements:
Assist the Lodge Housekeeping Manager in the day-to-day running of the Lodge Housekeeping department:
* Assist the Lodge Housekeeping Manager in ensuring the delivery of exceptional standards of service to all Lodge guests.
* Assist the Lodge Housekeeping Manager in creating and maintaining a robust procedure for dealing with customer comments and complaints.
* Adhere to the company's Health & Safety procedures and implement those procedures where necessary.
* Ensure all lodge housekeeping staff are trained regularly in standards and compliance.
* Ensure security of all equipment and premises to control dangers to staff and clients, reporting any suspicious occurrences.
* Supervise and manage staff in line with the department objectives, providing feedback through on-the-job training, job chats, and team meetings, taking corrective action in line with the Company's Disciplinary Procedure where necessary.
* Assist with the delegation of work, ensuring all staff members are fulfilling their duties, and that duties are performed to a high standard.
* When required, carry out checking procedures in conjunction with lodge cleaners, checkers, and supervisors.
* Assist the Lodge Housekeeping Manager with any administrative day-to-day and/or operational work as required.
