Role: Ground Worker Volunteer
Responsibilities:
To maintain the external grounds of the YMCA campus to meet the desired standard set by the Manager. The volunteer will be required to use power tools, a petrol/powered mower, a powered strimmer, a jet washer, and hand tools to cut grassed areas. You will also be tasked with sweeping and washing all hard standings and working within the maintenance and wider teams of the YMCA. The ability to carry out audits and maintain stock control is essential. Ultimately, we expect you to work unsupervised. Confidentiality must be maintained while volunteering for us.
Skills and Experience:
* NVQ or equivalent up to level two in groundwork.
* A minimum of three years of experience would be advantageous.
