We have a 12 month maternity cover working for our client who offer a high energy and friendly working environment. As a HR Manager to their UK team of 25, you will deliver HR generalist support as well as office management, where you will be involved in various projects. This is working for a leading company with a global presence, you will have support from European HRBPs. Key Responsibilities for a HR Manager: Internal Recruitment updating job requirements & descriptions, manage full recruitment process. Support and implement HR strategies. Training and development - through appraisal systems and assess and implement training needs. Processing payroll on a monthly basis for all UK employees. Dealing with general office enquiries from finance support, purchase orders, travel, to catering. What we need for you for the HR Manager role: Level 5 CIPD Qualified or Level 3 CIPD with 5 years experience. Internal recruitment and retention experience. Experience of working in a SME where you work hands on within the business.
