Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assist with care work and responsibilities when required.
* Assist with client reviews, care plans, and on-call duties.
* Be able to take the on-call phone every second weekend.
* Record service user information in the care plan.
* Report to the senior care coordinator and care manager.
* Assist with creating and implementing organisational procedures and practices.
The Candidate:
* Must have a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle (required).
* Good verbal and written English skills.
* Basic IT skills.
* Must have previous experience in homecare or any other relevant role.
* Experience in creating and implementing care plans is desirable.
* Familiarity with care home environments.
* An ability to work independently and on their own initiative.
* Ideally, a Health & Safety / First Aid / Food Hygiene / Moving & Handling certification.
* The individual should be caring, friendly, and patient.
* Living in Falkirk or surrounding areas.
