The Role
As a Team Leader, it will be your duty to oversee the day-to-day running of the service, including supporting the staff team and the people supported.
They are looking for candidates who have obtained an NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or are willing to work towards this qualification.
There may be a requirement to cover sleep-in sessions, with an additional £60 paid per session. As a Team Leader, you will also be required to be part of the On Call rota for the service, with an additional £10 paid per session.
This is a residential home for adults with physical and intellectual disabilities, providing 25 single-occupancy, self-contained flats plus two flats for two people.
