We are exclusively partnering with an ambitious international law firm to hire a Quality Manager within their Office of General Counsel, reporting to the Deputy GC.
In this role, your primary focus will be driving the firm-wide initiative to obtain ISO 9001 certification.
You will collaborate with various internal stakeholders and teams while leading the development of this growing function.
The firm offers a hybrid working policy, with the role based in London, Manchester, or Leeds.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the firm’s ISO 9001 certification process.
* Refine and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
* Oversee the conduct of internal audits and report to senior management
* Recruit and lead a team for QMS compliance
* Support the Office-of-general counsel with policies, best practices, and risk management
Applicant Expectations:
* Experience in ISO 9001 certification (preferred but not essential).
* Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and QMS management in professional services, ideally in a law firm.
* Experience in conducting internal audits or overseeing their completion
* Strong stakeholder management skills
