To manage and control labour costs, including any use of third parties. To comply with safety audits and manage working code of practice for contractors. Ensuring planning for facilities, bays, machines, tools, diagnosis installations, etc. are carried out correctly, optimal design of workplaces and processes. Preparing planning and calculations for investments in workshops, facilities and HR. Regularly review prices for workshop services and after prior agreement with management, adapt them to suit the market. Measure and report on daily workshop performance around retail sales, warranty and internal contract. WIP management and cash control. Employing new staff and carrying out effective induction. Managing, coaching and motivating employees, ensuring retention of high-quality team members. Defining target agreements with employees and reviewing the level of target achievement
