Customer Service Advisor Are you a dedicated and empathetic communicator looking for a rewarding career in customer service? What You Will Do: Engage with customers via phone, email, and live chat Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions Process payments, agree on payment plans, and assist with queries Deliver a positive customer experience with professionalism and care This role will become remote after 6 weeks training in our Inverness office.
