JobPurpose
To provide a high qualitycomprehensive and confidential administrative support to theService/Site as part of the AdministrationTeam
Key Task Areas andResponsibilities
General
* Toprovide an effective, timely and confidential administrationsupport to staff and managers as required
* Toensure that relevant records and documents are kept up to date andare stored securely and confidentially at alltimes
* To respond timely and with flexibility tourgent or last minute staff/service requirements as a serviceproviding function of the Centre
* To supportother members of the Administration Team with work that requiresextra members of staff to complete thetasks
* Ensure awareness that the serviceoperates to agreed budgets and contribute to keeping within thesebudgets as instructed
* Exercise vigilance inrespect of Health and Safety and promptly report all hazards and/orremedy them where appropriate. Undertake all duties in a mannercalculated to minimise or avoid unnecessary risks, personally or toothers
Required
* Priorschool experience, working with schoolsystems
