We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Culinary Manager to lead our catering operations at Eurest, part of Compass Group UK&I. This full-time role will involve overseeing the day-to-day management of our kitchen and service counter teams, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategically manage kitchen and service counter operations to achieve high-quality food standards and excellent customer service
* Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with the catering and service teams to drive engagement and productivity
* Monitor and improve operational efficiency, maintaining strict health and safety protocols while adhering to quality control measures
Requirements:
* Proven experience in culinary management, preferably within a similar environment
* Possess a passion for delivering exceptional cuisine and outstanding customer service
* Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide teams effectively
