The Role
As an Economics Teacher, you will:
* Deliver high-quality Economics lessons to students at Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5, covering GCSE and A-Level curricula.
* Inspire a passion for Economics by creating engaging lessons that relate real-world events and issues to theoretical concepts.
* Support and guide students to develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
* Plan and deliver a curriculum that caters to a range of abilities, ensuring all students achieve their potential.
* Track and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
* Participate in extracurricular activities such as business or enterprise clubs, enhancing students' understanding of the subject.
About You
We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Economics Teacher who:
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
* Has experience teaching Economics at GCSE and A-Level.
* Demonstrates excellent subject knowledge and a genuine passion for Economics.
* Possesses strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire students.
* Is dedicated to raising achievement and supporting students in reaching their full potential.
* Is collaborative, proactive, and committed to professional development.
