Our client is a growing independent training provider and is looking for an experienced Business Skills Coach to join their Apprenticeship delivery team. If you have experience delivering Business Admin, Team Leader Supervisor, and Customer Service apprenticeship standards, we want to hear from you!
As a skills coach, your duties will include:
1. Managing a caseload of up to 40 apprenticeship learners in Recruitment, Business Admin, Team Leading & Customer Service qualifications.
2. Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and achievement of seeing all allocated learners within the agreed timescale and in line with ESFA.
3. Ensuring learners are producing evidence of their knowledge, skills, and behaviours in line with the apprenticeship standard.
4. Moving learners through the gateway and supporting with mock EPA.
5. Providing one-to-one or group teaching and learning sessions covering core knowledge.
6. Overcoming barriers to learning and adapting delivery to meet learners’ needs.
7. Meeting Assessor KPIs in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork, and general administration.
8. Attending and contributing towards standardisation meetings.
Essential Experience and Qualifications
1. Must be qualified Assessors with a recognised Assessor award: D32/D33, A1, TAQA OR CAVA, OR EPA.
2. Must possess either a PTTLS/CTTLS or AET/CET or higher certificate.
3. Experience of delivering full Apprenticeship Standard and Functional Skills.
4. Must hold appropriate occupational competency in Business Admin and/or Customer Service.
5. Organisational skills.
6. Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
7. IT literate, knowledge of Microsoft packages, online/digital learning, and webinar-based technologies.
8. Knowledge of working with Highfield – preferred but not essential.
9. Happy to travel within Essex & London with a Full Driving Licence.
